How we work: Assess • Prepare • Coat • Document

Good coating work is 80% preparation and process. Here's how every TSP Coatings project runs.

Step 01

Assess

We inspect the asset, document condition with photos, and identify corrosion, substrate limitations, and access requirements. You get an honest read — including whether coating is the right call.

Step 02

Scope & quote

We define the work clearly: coating system, surface preparation, access needs, schedule, and explicit exclusions. No surprises.

Step 03

Prepare

Proper surface preparation suited to the substrate and setting. This is where coating life is won or lost.

Step 04

Apply

Project-appropriate coating system applied under manufacturer guidance, with environmental conditions — temperature, humidity, dew point, substrate temperature — logged.

Step 05

Document & hand off

Before/after photos, product and batch logs, environmental logs, a final inspection, and a maintenance recommendation. You get a record you can file and share.
