Since 2005, Touchstone Painting Services has built a reputation on three things: quality, workmanship, and care. TSP Coatings carries that same standard into protective and facility coatings — the work of keeping commercial and industrial assets protected, serviceable, and out of the replacement cycle.

What we focus on

We're a practical specialty coating contractor. We restore cooling tower pans and basins, recoat rooftop HVAC equipment, remediate rust on exposed steel and facility assets, and coat mechanical rooms and utility areas. We approach every asset the same way: assess honestly, prepare the surface properly, apply a project-appropriate coating system, and document the result.

How we're different

We're built for the way facility teams actually operate. That means insurance and WSIB readiness, clear scope with defined exclusions, before/after reporting, and product data and safety-sheet awareness on every job. We communicate at a commercial level and we don't overpromise.

We're honest about our boundaries

We focus on non-critical facility assets and gray-space support infrastructure. We don't claim expertise in live data halls, critical electrical rooms, internal coil coatings, fire-rated coatings, or mission-critical systems. Where a project calls for capability beyond our current scope, we say so — and, where appropriate, we work under manufacturer guidance or alongside qualified partners.
