Data Centre & Mission-Critical Support Infrastructure
Data centres depend on support infrastructure that sits outside the white space — and much of it corrodes like any other exposed asset. We focus on that non-critical, gray-space infrastructure.
Where we work
- Cooling towers and basins
- Rooftop HVAC equipment
- Chiller and dry-cooler exteriors
- Pipe supports and racks
- Mechanical rooms and containment areas
- Access steel, platforms, curbs, and railings
These are the exterior mechanical assets that keep critical facilities supported — the gray space, not the white space.
Where we don't (yet)
- Inside server rooms or critical white-space areas
- Internal coil coatings
- Fire-rated coatings
- Immersion or liquid-cooling system coatings
- Critical electrical rooms
These are future-facing capabilities that would require project-specific approval, training, and manufacturer guidance.
This boundary is deliberate. Entering mission-critical environments the right way means starting with non-critical support assets, building a documented track record, and expanding scope only with the proper approvals and partners. TSP Coatings does not claim data-centre certification or mission-critical qualification unless separately verified.
Common questions
Frequently asked
Do you work inside data halls?
No — we focus on non-critical, gray-space support infrastructure, not white-space or critical systems.
Could you take on more specialized work later?
Potentially, as a future-facing option, subject to project-specific approval, training, and manufacturer guidance.
Have gray-space assets that need protection?
We'll assess your cooling, rooftop, and mechanical support infrastructure.
