Mechanical Room & Utility Area Coatings

Mechanical rooms and utility areas take heavy foot traffic, moisture, and the occasional spill. A proper coated floor and surface system protects the substrate and gives you a cleaner, more serviceable space.

We assess the floor and surfaces, prepare properly, and apply a project-appropriate epoxy floor system, plus waterproofing or moisture-barrier products where moisture control is needed. System selection is based on inspection and confirmed before work begins.

Our approach

We may specify an epoxy floor system for mechanical rooms and utility areas, and moisture-barrier or waterproofing products where suitable — subject to substrate condition and manufacturer guidance.

What we cover

  • Mechanical, pump, and utility room floors
  • Equipment pads and containment areas
  • Moisture-barrier and waterproofing options
  • Cleanable, protective epoxy surfaces
  • Return-to-service window confirmed in the quote

We work with project-appropriate coating systems and may specify products such as ErgonArmor/Novocoat floor systems and Ertech-type moisture barriers where suitable, subject to manufacturer guidance, substrate condition, and project requirements.
